Disposition is our first priority! Honest, trainable, willing, good minds are top priority. We will not own or breed any horse or pony that does not possess all of these qualities. The criteria for the dispositions here at The Dunham Ranch is very strict. They must be safe around children and have pleasant dispositions, always! There are no exceptions to this rule.

Conformation is equally as important. Correct, good made, legged horses tend to last longer. Breeding is not our 1st priority, but every one we own we feel is nice enough to breed. And though they may not have a superior show record they are quality animals and would improve on the breed.

Our passion is color, dun, grulla, roan, palomino, double dilutes, etc… But make no mistake, we would never sacrifice the disposition or conformation just to have the color. Each horse or pony in our program is very carefully selected for their exceptional disposition and good conformation first, then the color comes in! New Lenox Roofing

Most roofs are built to last for many decades, but failing to have basic preventative maintenance performed on one’s roof over time can reduce its life span and lead to costly repairs over time. So if you want to make sure that your roof lasts as long as possible, there are some basic preventative maintenance steps that you should take to make this happen.

Most importantly, you should be sure to schedule a routine roof inspection at least once per year. However, if you live in an area with a fluctuating climate, it is actually best to do this twice per year–once in the winter and one during the summer. A routine inspection will alert you to any developing roofing problems. Most of the time, these can be fixed inexpensively and with minor repairs, which is better than waiting until the problems get worse and cost you much more to fix.

Furthermore, always be sure to replace missing shingles as necessary and clean out gutters as often as possible. New Lenox Roofing will prevent adding unnecessary wear and tear to your roof and will thus prolong its life. From there, you can rest assured that your roof is in top shape at all times.
